yesterday night i installed this game and its showing this message you are in cooldown and cannot participate in competitive matchmaking yet so may i know why am i banned from playing this game when yesterday was my first day on this game

well firstly you have a 449 day old vacban. also if you talking about CS2, remember it is not a new game, it is CSGO which they just renamed and upgraded the game engine

CS2 is just an upgrade for CS:GO, you can say it's your first day if you want. The ban will not be removed ever.

Dude that's what I am saying that day was the first time I installed that game my ac was hacked earlier by some cheater bloody hacker like you'll then I had to contact steam for help after contacting i got my ac back when you don't know anything don't bark

The solution is create a new account. the ban is permanent.
