Cheat engine almost triggers instaban.
It should be noted that VAC employs the use of delayed bans in order to disrupt the development process of cheats - a ban imposed today may have been the result of a cheat detected by VAC two weeks previously.

Well, someone did or there would not be a ban on the account.
Cheat Engine needs to inject into a VAC enabled game and use it to cheat on a secure server in order to trigger a VAC ban. That ol' excuse never worked ever.
