428 day(s) since last ban
Sorry, you are responsible for the safety of your account and the account credentials. It doesn't matter who used your account.
Appealing is futile.
VAC bans are given for the use of KNOWN cheats on the computer used to connect to a secured game server.
It doesn't matter who owned the computer nor does it matter who used the account that is now vac banned, or an account related to this one by library or phone number sharing.
Everything tampering with protected game code, memory and files is considered a cheat, irrespective of it being an advantage or not.
Any items associated to the game the VAC ban is issued in are permanently locked to the account and cannot be transferred or sold away, but can still be used on insecure servers.
While VAC bans (in most cases) do not affect other games, some server admins of custom servers intentionally ban players that have VAC or game bans in other games from their custom servers because they deem such players to not be trustworthy.
VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable and cannot be removed by anyone on Steam.
Your ban is past its age of scrutiny and thus likely correct.
Therefore, appealing a VAC ban is futile.
