today, as usual, I wanted to play cs 2, but I saw the lock and then I remembered that my sister was doing something on my computer and it turns out that I can't go into any mode now because of some cheats that I don't have.

If your sister played on your account and did some shady ♥♥♥♥ while at it, that's kinda your fault for letting her access your account(s) in the first place.
Also, it's not because of "some cheats", that's because of behavior.
