VAC Ban

Can someone tell me how to get vac ban removed? I havent been cheating... I dont know how they thougt i did, my cs skills is bad and i am allways bottom fragger, so how can you cheat when you only get like 7-8 kills pr game? Its wrong, and i want to play the game again..

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all that happens on it

It's not a VAC ban, but a permanent and irremovable game ban.

Cheats are not necessary for this type of ban.

first things first, you have a gameban and not a vacban, irrelevant what it says ingame. Secondly instead of coming to a community only forum, you can go to your profile and click on the info button next to your gameban. lastly gameban are given for one of a few things and its permanent
