The "my (insert family member here) did it" excuse is the oldest and one of the most used ones.
It doesn't matter who used the account to cheat, if the account is used to cheat, the account gets banned.
Also the account you are posting from does not have a ban showing, so unless you have a VAC ban that is over 7 years old, your not banned on your current account.

Well maybe he knows he will be banned or he's on a second account .... whatever the case vac bans are permanent it doesn't matter who used the account
