Banned without cheating

Basically I have been banned through overwatch but I have never cheated on this account. I have not used any sort of cheats. I only played faceit where you can't even play with cheats. Is there a way I can recover my account?

it should be automactly removed in 1-8 weeks i think, something like that... if not, i think theres no other way

Its a false ban... Valve will probably remove it some time soon. If stay banned its probably because youre lying and youre banned for good.

I haven't cheated honestly man...
I literally bought a knife yesterday as well, these guys are literally joking man.

If you use cheats on other account then you will get banned on all yours accounts.

They literally aren't joking man, literally. You literally have to get a new account and literally not use cheats, quite literally.

Either you attempt to appeal and wait or you just cheated and asked for pity.
If it was genuinely a false OW ban (which are not that common) then it will probably get removed. Otherwise tough luck. Also the knife doesn't affect anything, just a virtual item you could've scammed/bought for the sake of it.

Also on my profile account it says I have been banned, not vac banned, but in-game it says I have been vac banned. Could that just be an error and I will get unbanned or it's normal?

Nope VAC is a very bad anti cheat, VAC bans only transfer by phone number.
