VAC BAN - without reason

I would like to solve my ban on this steam that I got a few years ago.
I got it 5-6 years ago when I was playing the Czech Republic regularly and at a competitive level.
I got this ban during a stream where there were several well-known people from the Czech scene, so far there are clips from the day I got the ban and all the big streamers didn't understand it and were as surprised as I was. After I received it, I wrote to support, but no one answered.
That's why I'm writing again as I've done several times before and I'd like to solve this situation because I got a ban that doesn't make sense. I didn't use any cheats or mods for in-game advantages.

So I'm absolutely sure that I didn't cheat, because it wouldn't help me much in my gaming career.
I am a person who played csgo, pubg, r6s but also valorant at a high level and I always played at the highest level. I also played FPL in r6s and a person like me doesn't really cheat
Would it be possible to resolve this situation?

Bans can be removed, they just don't want to do it.
The fact that he made an anticheat mistake is absolutely clear.
I couldn't cheat my rank before or now.
