CSGO Hacks off my pc?

So, I recently hacked in CSGO and was banned (not hiding it) and I want to start clean. Every time I buy the game on another account, I get banned in about 3 days from playing the game. I re installed the game multiple times, will that clear the hack off the game? Otherwise, what can I do to get it off my pc.

How do I reformat my Hard Drive? Is that like clearing it out completly?

Reformatting is serious business. It will destroy EVERYTHING on your machine so you MUST back up all important data you wish to keep such as personal info/passwords and accounts/game saves/images/videos/music/etc. It will take a good while and it will be a completely blank disc when you are done, which you will then reinstall your OS on. THis will require a great deal of patience and work as well to be sure to reinstall all of your apps and programs you normally would use (antivirus, drivers, browsers, games, whatever.)

This is, however, the only known way to completely clean cheats off of your computer. I highly advise you NOT make a backup of the cheat files.

Wow. I had a problem where I had to reset all of my crap on my pc. Can't I just scan my PC for files. and remove them? I heard using CCleaner works well, and also, I used a cheat for like, 10 minutes, then closed the process. Removed it, and all that. Where could it be hiding?

Using such programs can leave behind traces of cheats that VAC may be able to detect, and you risk getting another account banned. The ONLY sure way is reformatting. There is no way to know what those cheat developers are changing and where when you install those things.

Isn't re formatting, basically reinstalling windows? Or just deleting everything on your harddrive?

My anti virus picked up almost 20 viruses, all non-pups. backdoors and trojans. do you think clearing those might be the problem?

I got some money for christmas, I will go get the game tommorow, maybe delete some weird files off my pc, and try again. Ill keep this non-closed. but it might work :) you never know :) Thanks for the help, and if it doesnt work, ill reformat my hard drive. +rep

I had about 20 gigs of ♥♥♥♥ on my pc when i downloaded this pc, and now, i have 40. I removed the cheat, and im quite guaranteed.
