i was banned but i did not use wallhack (CSGO)

A few days ago, i played my csgo, and entered the server, then i played a lot, and suddly prompted me a message that Vac error. then i re-entered the server, it also prompted it. After that, i restarted my company, and verified the game, and then i ccould play csgo. this problem recures a lot. i just repeated agoin, a lot of times. finally, the day before yesterday, i entered the game, it told me that i used wallhack in vac server, and then my steam account was banned by vac system. why, i did not use wallhack or others. i have already rigistered a new steam account which is marelee119, you can check me when i play csgo in server. i want to use previous steam accnout to play csgo, it is significanly consierable.

Contact Steam Support and respond to the automated reply. If they confirm your ban is correct after the initial reply then your ban was accurate. If your ban is indeed accurate, check your computer for malware, check up on anyone who has access to your account or whoever Family Shares with you, ensure your account is secure, and follow all account security guidelines.

One more thing, could you link the profile you were VAC banned on? I'm suspicious that you're confusing a VAC ban with something else.

Did you mod any of the game files?

If not..

VAC Dosen't "Ban" for no reason.

Bans will never be lifted.

If you didn't cheat and this ban was a false ban it will be lifted by itself.

This is not a true statement. VAC bans are automated and not based off reports at all. You might be thinking of the CS:GO Overwatch system, which is something else entirely.

Reports do not result in bans. Reports only results in VAC scanning someone more often and more thorough, which in turn might result in a VAC ban, if VAC finds something.

Tons of reports will never get a innocent player get banned. Period.

VAC will only ban you if it detected a hack, so you where hacking, if its a false hack it will lift the ban automatic, and if overwatch banned you you would get a different message, good job vac !
