It's his money or the money from his parents, if he buy another copy of CS:GO for just cheating purpose - it's actually good for Valve and people who play legit after the Cheat or Hack is getting detected just a matter of time until he needs to buy another CS:GO copy and another "Premium Cheat/Hack".
Waste of time and money if you ask me.
Any Cheat or Hack is getting detected soon or later.
I hope the "hacker" who provaded the "premium hacks" will get arrested. The last Christmas' Lizard Squad ddos was already annoying.
There are only known cheats, and unknown cheats. As soon as they become known, they are no longer "undetectable." These people are doing nothing more than preying on those who are gullible and eager to cheat by offering as-yet undetected cheats (or in some cases, simply scamming them outright.)
Later, 3 days ago, i met the same guy, same profile, same hacks.
I reported him back them for clearly using Aimbot.
Today he is using AimKey. He is also proud of it.
TL;DR
Reporting someone in-game or via Steam doesn't do Sh*t
