Request to ban Scammer and Cheater

So i was minding my own buisness playing Payday 2 and i get into this server right it was Big Bank od Death Wish (highest difficulty) wich ofcourse gives TON of EXP and CASH, wich isnt that important.

Thing is, when we enterd host did something aka. Cheated and we instantly finished mission. Now i would usually just quit server and maybe find him in player list to report him but this guy. I was there scrolling trough player list when i see he kicked other players and he set game on private (i assume that since no other player joined next 4minutes) and he gives me an offer wich was: I Will boost your levels if you give me your CS:GO Items.

And i will mention he has super offensive profile picture wich is **x Scene.

I Did report him of all 3 acts but i still think nothing will be done about it.

write a email to [e-mail] with a screenshot or video from the cheater. he only get banned from the official pd2 steam group. PD2 has no VAC.

I want him banned for offensive art and attempt of trade scam.

And no i do not have screenshots of him actually cheating. I Even couldnt, on end of mission there isnt timer how long it took to complete mission so its impossible to screenshot.
