CS:GO Can't play offline with bots?
Why after VAC Ban can't play even on bots! Well bots is not an online player that can report you and these bots are just computer , but why ban even on bots! That is so stupid, and im really want to make update that can make play just on a bots...im really wanna play this game

A cheater complaining about not being able to play a specific mode is not a particularly compelling complaint

But please don't say like "Duuh cheater gud dat yu ar baned haha" "You could play without cheats!" just...how im can play this game...just play...

Bot matches are also VAC protected.
You may want to launch CSGO in insecure mode
Right button on CSGO -> Properties -> Set launch options -> Add "-insecure" (minus the quotes) on the window.
