That is a GAME ban not a VAC ban. Cheating is not the only thing games bans are issued for.

This is not an appeal forum, no one here or Steam Support can remove game or VAC bans.

Valve does not accept appeals for any of their games.

Let see either the ban is for CS2 or Dota 2, which can be given for one of a few things and its permanent. But also at the same time, seeing as bans can be delayed as well, i wouldn't be amazed if the ban is for PUBG which can be for cheating. Also this is not an appeal forum but a community only forum.
