WHY AM I VAC BAN?

It's a game ban. And it does not matter who played, just that the account was caught doing naughty things.

so in other words in trying to get the ban removed, you use the excuse of someone else using your account. Good thing Valve and all companies what give bans don't fall for such a story. I'm guessing the gameban is for CS2, see link and info below

No. Game bans cannot be appealed and are not removed from accounts.

I was not using my account when it was game banned. Can the ban be removed?
No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time the ban was issued, game bans are permanent and are not removed.

Bans issued by game developers need to be appealed via that developer's support team.
