VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

This logically also applies to your items, as they are part of the penalty. You should actually know, you had 1328 days to inform yourself.

You can't do it. Your inventory is permamently connected to your steam account. We are not Steam Support we are just community, which can try to help you. VAC ban is permanent. You can't do anything about it.
