before my case of permanent ban. I would like you to investigate well please, since I do not cheat nor am I a smurf.

If I have 2 low medal accounts and I always upload my accounts by myself, I don't have, no one uploads my accounts, please review my case, it is very important for me, since I have different friends on each account.

You were most likely banned for smurfing on your other account or throwing matches to ruin the game for other players considering you say "2 low medal accounts" which is usually in the lower brackets/low priority on Dota 2.

You are permanently banned from Dota 2 for smurfing nothing to do with VAC.
