Hello. I want to admit, back in the old cs: go, I played with cheats, was completely irresponsible and not very smart. Now I've improved and I want to start playing without cheats and third-party modifications already in the new Cs2. Please unlock, please. Playing with cheats and third-party modifications will never happen again.

VAC bans are permanent.

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library or phone number).

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all that happens on it

VAC bans and game bans are permanent. they cannot and will never be removed.

nope, you cant play anymore since you have a vac banned account, cant be removed by steam support and cant be revoked, you have to wait 7 years if i'm correct to play again with this account

Incorrect. The BAN remains forever.
