This is a user-only forum, no one can tell you the exact reason and support would not give you any information about it either.
But what I can tell you:
Your game ban is permanent, non-removable and has nothing to do with the vac forum.
You very quick to post your CS stats, doubt you even gone and clicked on the white "info" button next to the gameban. So see seeing as you asking for "explaination", see info below. also gamebans are permanent and cannot be appealed, as this is a COMMUNITY ONLY FORUM

Why are game bans issued?
Game bans in Counter-Strike 2 are issued when a player attempts to circumvent or interfere with game systems to the detriment of others.
Examples include:
Cheating.
Manipulation of matchmaking rank by deranking or falsely increasing your Skill Group or Counter-Strike Rating.
Botting and/or automation.
Intentionally interfering with the normal operation of game servers or other players.
Game Bans for all of the above are not removed by Steam Support.
Can you tell me why I was game banned?
No. We do not disclose the reason for your game ban.
Whether you were using cheat software, automating matchmaking, or abusing matchmaking the reason a game ban was issued is not shared with users.
Can I appeal my game ban?
No. Game bans cannot be appealed and are not removed from accounts.
I was not using my account when it was game banned. Can the ban be removed?
No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time the ban was issued, game bans are permanent and are not removed.
Can I move my Counter-Strike 2 items to a different account?
No. Counter-Strike 2 items cannot be moved from a game banned account to a different account.
I assume you read one of the million BS guides that also told you to spend money and give the person who created the guide you were reading awards because they help too, huh?
Always funny how they claim to be banned for the most dumbest stuff possible such as "Restarting my pc" when it turns out they got banned for cheating.. Some people are beyond help
He wouldn't even learn to shoot in 30 games, let alone anything serious.
Pretty much, as a former Dota player.. These games are indeed not the easiest to get somewhere, you need to be playing for a really long time to even understand some of the basics.. Which isn't even possible when you just started to play, unlike call of duty where literally anyone can just shoot other players..
