My friend cheated on cs on another accaunt and yesterday cheated in practice on main...

So he got banned on alt 3 days ago so did he get ban on his main bc of alt or bc he used cheat in pracitce (he got ban on his main today)

You said that your friend cheated on both accounts so it is likely that he will get ban on both accounts.
If you want to have some details why - Valve will never share it with you (keep in mind that no one here works for Valve, everyone is user like you)

Cheating against bots is still cheating. ALL servers are VAC secured by default.
