Are NVIDIA Control panel, NitroSense, GeforceExperience, and others safe for VAC protected games?

I don't know if I'm just being paranoid, but there's nothing in these three software programs that would count as "cheating," correct? This includes the GeforceExperience "Game Ready drivers," as well as the game optimization stuff GE automatically does for each game it recognizes (when the game shows up in the menu).

I also still have no idea about MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner. I had FRAPS, but have since deleted it in favor of MSI and Rivatuner. Is there anything unsafe about these two programs?

I had to ask the same thing about my ROCCAT Kone XP mouse and ROCCAT Swarm recently. Other than I guess Windows settings and the external amp I use for my headphones, I cannot think of any other applicable software or hardware at this time. I have an Acer Nitro 5 laptop (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 and AMD Ryzen 5 5600 H with Radeon Graphics) and everything it came with out of the box, if that helps.

I apologize, PC gaming is very, very new to me. I just want to make sure I'm totally okay. Thank you for reading.

The others don't cause VAC bans either.

VAC only bans for actual cheats. In the extremly rare case of a false positive, as in software being detected as a cheat by mistake, such bans are reversed.
All VAC bans are constantly checked and verified to make sure that no mistakenly given ban stays.

Thank you both for clarifying and assuring this to me. Nothing I've listed could be considered "cheating" or having an unfair advantage in some abstract (such as moral) way either, correct? Hopefully that's not a weird question aha, thank you both again
