I wouldnt hold your breath.

Valve would rather use low trust as a punishment pool then get rid of the cheaters.

I also have this sneaking suspicion that the gambling issue with these third partys have something to do with it.

These people obviously dont care about what they do or the effects on society (ultimately I blame valve though). Most of them hit me as the type to closet cheat.

They want to be good without actually putting in time and effort to do it.

Like I said what do I care though. I havent taken this game seriously since trust factor was released.

Even shooting a scout/awp feels like pulling on a slot machine whether the shot actually lands or not.

I agree, I hope there is a new ban wave. It doesn't matter even if the cheaters come back on another account. Just seeing the accounts they are hard cheating on get banned, would be great. There hasn't been any real sign of that yet.

I'm getting a lot of games with rage hackers, and it's only the people who download free cheats with skinchanger or something that are getting banned. Where's the bans for the guy who was nospread bhop raging with scout? My bad, he got a 24 hour cooldown, no problem!

Anticheat is definitely blocking a lot of rage hackers. But it isn't banning them and allowing them to keep coming back on lower and lower settings until they aren't getting blocked. Which I find very silly.
