I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a review of the restrictions placed on my Steam account due to an issue related to my phone number.

I discovered that my account has been restricted because the phone number linked to it was also associated with another account that was banned. I’d like to explain that this occurred due to the phone number being reassigned to a different person. I had previously used this number for my account, but I stopped using it for a long period, during which the number was reassigned by the service provider to another individual.

Unfortunately, the new user linked this number to their Steam account, which later received a ban, and as a result, my account was also affected.

I assure you that I had no connection to the activities of the other account. I value my Steam account greatly and have invested significant time and resources into it. I kindly ask for your understanding and request that the restrictions be lifted, or at least reviewed, to allow me access to trading and the market again.
