what are you talking about? Global Cooldown? Vac Error? not getting any matches? none ban related as there is no bans showing on your profile. game related issues, best to post in the game forums

You don't have any kinds of ban on your account. I guess you have some kind of error in the game, if you provide us with the message you get we might help you.

I press find match and it opens up that i have valve anti cheat and i cant start whats the problem i did not use any cheat or anything in the game i just play matches what can i do to fix this i try everythion on yt but its not working

Okey, that's why I am talking about. This is VAC error, not a ban. There are some steps that you can try:
1) Verify Game's files (Left click the game, properties, downloaded files, verify files integrity)
2) Run Steam with Administrator permissions (do it through Steam.exe properties)
3) Delete and reinstall the game
