It is very often the case that people confuse a game ban with a vac ban, but the other way round is new to me.

If you want to know something, then ask a question, I can only read minds with my tinfoil hat and that is during the repair :steammocking:

You've had 1,381 days to both look at your profile to see that it's a VAC ban and to click on the info button next to the notice.

this means, without a doubt, the user was caught cheating.

there is nothing further that needs to be said. the user is free to enjoy what he's earned.
