But no matter whether Vac or Game, both are permanent and support doesn't read this either.
It's truly disheartening to receive a game ban, especially when you're genuinely committed to playing fair and detest cheating in any form. I've always been an advocate for maintaining the integrity of the game, and it's frustrating when you find yourself on the wrong end of a ban, despite your best efforts to play honestly.
In fact, I've consistently reported individuals who were blatantly cheating or using unfair advantages whenever I've encountered them during my CS:GO gaming sessions. It's about fostering a balanced and competitive environment for everyone. It's just disappointing when your own commitment to fair play seemingly goes unnoticed, and you end up facing the consequences of a game ban.
As you mentioned, game bans in CS:GO are permanent, which makes the situation even more disheartening. I hope there's a way for the system to be more precise in distinguishing between actual cheaters and players like me who genuinely enjoy the game for what it is - a challenging and competitive experience that rewards skill and teamwork.
I appreciate your understanding, and I hope that somehow, this issue can be rectified. Until then, I'll continue to support fair play in CS:GO, and I look forward to the day when I can enjoy the game without the shadow of this unjust game ban hanging over me.
I appreciate your response and the clarification that this is a game ban, not a VAC ban. It's indeed disheartening to hear that both types of bans are permanent, and I understand that support may not typically address these situations.
Since receiving the ban, I haven't been able to enjoy gaming as I used to, which is quite frustrating. The prospect of losing access to a game I've enjoyed for a long time has demotivated me from playing any games for a while. It's been a rather unfortunate experience, and I hope that, in the future, the system can evolve to better differentiate between genuine players and those who engage in unfair practices.
Thank you for your understanding, and I'll continue to hope for a resolution or improvement in the system that might allow players like me to return to the games we love.

And you can already return to the game, you have had 190 days to make a new account.
Maybe next time you'll think of that before you decide to break the game's rules.

Cheating is also not the only reason that the bans are given. Your account can also be banned for griefing or smurfing.
Getting a ban for any of these offenses, is permanent and cannot be appealed.
