Fraps and Dxtory, is VAC okay with both?

So I want to record some CS:GO footage and don't want to get vac banned by accident. Is VAC okay with them?

Why would recording program get you banned? I have used PlayClaw and FRAPS and nothing has happened.

Shouldn't be an issue, it's just a video capture program

VAC is only triggered to grant a ban by programs or files that tampers with the game's core files, as well as anything that'd give the player any unfair advantage. You're fine with these.

Ive used fraps for a long time, not banned. Never used Dxtory so not sure abou that one though.
