Hello, I don't know something, If i'll play The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings - Enhanced Edition
with trainers i will be VAC Banned? or Something like that?

No, VAC - Valve Anti-Cheat System, use in product of Valve - CS, HL and other. In The Witcher VAC no use - Singleplayer so.

Nope, its fine to use cheats on SP games. VAC is only for online gaming. MMO's/MP etc..

As has been said, VAC only has 'jurisdiction' inside of VAC servers, because noone cares if you're using cheats against Bots and AI. Hell, you can even use aimbots and wallhax in multiplayer as long as you're outside of a protected server (though it's still considered uncouth, plus there's the risk you'll forget to turn them off/remove them when joining a protected server).

Aside from the rare cases where a game demands that you're connected to a VAC server even when doing single player (for whatever bizzare reason), using cheats or "trainers" as you put it is 100% safe... at least in regards to VAC.
