Known cheats were detected and a ban was issued.
VAC bans are also issued for cheat things such as skin changer, phone number, family or account sharing. Users are responsible for the security of the account and all that happens on it.
The only thing I can think of that could've triggered this was the fact that I have Cheat Engine on my PC, which I only use to access the secret mini games in Plants Vs Zombies. I wasn't cheating in Infinite Warfare, so I shouldn't be banned in it. I just want to be able to play Zombies again.
I believe it's common for Cheat Engine to be detected by anti-cheat softwares in other games, even if you weren't using it for cheating in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare...
Supposedly it's different with other games, some of which will detect it for being installed, others will detect cheat engine if it's running, even if it's just in the background.
Then I seriously don't know what it detected. Hopefully it's a false-positive and it'll sort itself out. On the other hand, you speak in an extremely rude tone and I don't enjoy talking to you. I don't cheat because I know how much it ruins the experience for everyone else. I don't play Multiplayer because the only people who play it are cheaters with aimbots, ESP, or UAV hacks. Plus, Zombies doesn't even have skins to change, you just get a starting character, so your skin changer argument is invalid. I came to this forum to seek help about my ban, not to be mildly irritated by you.
Skin changer is considered cheating, and Plants vs Zombies doesn't use VAC and isn't about market for skins, pal. They aren't supposed to steal skins from Valve and the skin authors without buying.
This forum is here to discuss about VAC ban and how it works, there are no appeals. If your ban was mistake it would automatically be removed. Otherwise, it is permanent and nobody here can help you.
