VAC is an automated system and almost never falsely bans an account.

A VAC ban doesn't mean you used cheats, only that either cheats or unapproved modifications to the game were detected on the machine you were playing on.

So if you didn't cheat, you need to be more careful what machines you log into to play VAC enabled games.
The ban is permanent.

Either you or someone with access to your account used a known cheat and got banned.

If your ban really was a mistake it will automatically be removed.

Hello, as I saw your VAC was like 4 days ago, 4 days ago was a Valve Wave, everyone who was "Trust Red" and got many reports got flagged at Valve Anti-Cheat Team, everyone who got flagged got Banned, like everyone, Valve started to unban people like 2/3 days ago. Just create a Valve Ticket and give them all informations they need, normally if you get Banned or Vac'ed it says "Global Cooldown" not "VAC[Valve Anti-Cheat]" but if you been Falsed Vac Banned it will say "VAC[Valve Anti-Cheat]" after you openned a ticket at valve you will bee supposed to wait for 2 days or 2 weeks. if it past a month, that mean you are banned permanently because you used a Software to have an advantage.

No need to create a ticket.

"VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support. If a VAC ban is determined to have been issued incorrectly it will automatically be removed."

@AntonioGame

You also have other accounts with a VAC ban as well. I am sure that your current ban isn't a false one.

Actually, it looks like there was a huge wave of wrongful VAC bans. I'm talking a LOT, on that specific day.

Actually, If he knows he didn't cheat, then he should definitely create a ticket so they can investigate it.

There was countless complaints on that specific date about false VAC bans that hit a bunch of people at once.

How did you come to that conclusion? Based on the lies of those who got banned? Or do you have actual evidence to your claim?

Yeah, they always complain after a VAC or Game ban. One of them is the guy above us. If you search his name on Steam, you'll see that he has other accounts with a VAC ban as well.

Of course false bans are possible, but they are very very rare. Creating a ticket is useless since Steam Support isn't able to do anything.

@ecznos

I got in the VAC Wave, I did a ticket 2 days ago, i'm supposed to wait. i didn't haved any cheat in my PC or a software like Cheat Engine or something like that, and like 4 days ago, many account's got VAC'ed, like everyone who got Flagged at VAC got banned"VAC" , so I didn't cheat I trust myself so I will just wait for the VAC Team to review my ticket and my VAC. From my point of view I read on reddit and twitter, so as I saw, my VAC is a False Ban, when you get VAC you can't Sell items from the specific games and it says "Global Cooldown" not 'VAC(Valve Anti-Cheat)".

What's with your other accounts? Are they banned falsely as well?

Keep in mind that Steam support can not investigate or remove your VAC ban. So your ticket will simply get a cookie cutter reply and will be closed. Thanks for wasting your time and the time of a Steam Support employee.
