That is a game ban. You should know after that many days, that it is permanent and you did not get it from using a new laptop.

"new laptop" so you got a new laptop recently but your ban is just over two years old. Maybe you should click on the "info" next to your ban and not come to an community forum to try and appeal a ban what is permanent
