Can ATI Tray Tool trigger a vac ban?

Hello guys,
apart from the Catalyst Control Center. I have also installed a Program called ATI Tray Tool v1.7.9.1557 (Beta) so I can disable Vsync in another Game where its not possible from the CCC neither ingame, since that game doesn't have a function where you can Tweak the Video/Graphics Settings. I strongly believe that, If you don't cheat, then Vac won't do anything to you. but since this program isn't officially Supported anymore and its also pretty old (still the only Solution for the *Game). But from some other Threads/Topics I've googled so far people said that they got Vac banned because of the Tool. So I would like to know if it's possible to just keep the Program on my PC, so I can use it only on that Specific game where there are no Video/Graphics Settings available Ingame. Anyone who also uses this Tool out there who can confirm that it is Safe to keep it? Or will I have to uninstall this Program each time I want to play CS or any other Vac Enabled Game? That'd be a Pain though. I really hope you can help me out.

Yes its safe. You cant vac banned for ati tray tools.

Thanks, eventhough I always close the Tray Tool before playing Csgo nothing happened to my Account so far. So I'll take it that everyone who blamed the Ati Tray tool to get Vacced were just cheaters :')
