How can I get my items back?

I recently got my first ban on TF2 for something I didn't do (which apears to happen alot). So I've accepted that I've lost good time to do better things and about 100$ that I will never get back from the mann co store, I want to sell what I bought on the market. I may buy a better game than what I was duped out of. Could I have some assitance with this?

You can not transfer your games or items to a different account
Steam Support will not release your CD Key(s) to be used on other accounts. Do not register retail products or purchase new Steam subscriptions on a VAC banned account.
If you choose to purchase a new copy of the game, please register it or install it under a newly-created Steam account. Prior to installing, remove all cheats from your system - if you do not know how or where the cheats were installed, you may want to consider reformatting your hard drive(s) and starting over with a fresh installation of your operating system.
If you receive a ban for a game that has in-game items such as Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, your items will not be transferred to a different account.

Where did my items in Team Fortress 2 go?!
Upon receiving a VAC ban for either Team Fortress 2, Counter-Strike: Source, or Half-Life 2: Deathmatch your items from Team Fortress 2 will be removed except any items that have been purchased.

When you are VAC banned, all your inventory items for that game are locked to your account. You are not able to sell or trade any of them.
