i think xenia had an option that said "debug"

Any debugger designed to alter x86 PE processes does not affect any VAC processes if they are not directly attached to them. And attaching them is a very deliberate action. Other anticheats, like Ricochet, will ban people for even the mere presence of such tools on the host system and not even usage.

Xenia's debugger is entirely self contained to the Xbox processes it emulates. It in no way affects outside processes. So its fine.
