帐户警报 - 2024 年 10 月 13 日。 Valve 员工正在对该帐户进行验证。Account Alert - October 13, 2024. The account is being verified by Valve staff.
有人遇過這個狀況嗎 今天有收到STEAM客服訊息 可是不知道他是客服 那現在我該做甚麼 但我在個人自介那邊卻刪不掉

Has anyone encountered this situation? I received a message from STEAM customer service today, but I didn’t know it was customer service. What should I do now? But I can’t delete it in my personal introduction.

Do the following steps:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Valve never contacts anyone about an impending ban.

I have done the above steps, what else can I do now?

Now you can edit your profile and remove the message.

As for how someone got into your account most like either a phishing attempt (fake email from steam) or using 3rd party websites like skin trading ones.
請問最後解決了嗎
