mw3 boosting,vac ban

Dear Mw3 Support,

I was banned 256 days ago,

i only used hack for boost, I've even used this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iD3-ifgnlqo, but i banned permanently, i read Banning Policy and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Online Code of Conduct, here there is Boosting (1000):



Any player demonstrating 'game abuse' in the form of organizing cooperative or single game play for the purpose of gaining experience, prestige, score, weapon levels, icons, titles, or other related in-game unlocks.



'' First Offense: With proper verification, user is banned for 48 hours and stats are reset.

Second Offense: With proper verification, user is banned for 7 days and stats are reset.

Third Offense: With proper verification, user is banned for 5000 days and stats are reset.''



This is my first offense, why it seem permanently

This has to do when you are stats padding without cheating device, where you organize meeting for other people and then do specific things to gain as much point as possible. When you use cheat programs it's permanent.

You cheat, you get VAC banned. That's how it works. Activision's policy and Steam's policy are not the same thing.

VAC is a different thing entirely from what you posted there. VAC bans are permanent and are given out for detecting cheats on an account.

You are VAC banned which is separate from IW blocking you from their servers. The above policy only applies to IW bans. Your VAC ban was for cheating, not boosting.

Your ban will only effect MW3 however. I do know that MW2/MW3 do not share VAC bans, but MW3/Ghosts might.

A MW3 ban only effects MW3.
