originally VAC bans lasted 5 years or 7 years, now they're permanent. the system you're proposing only benefits cheaters. Having to log in to another account is part of the punishment and isn't going away anytime soon.
also valve will make more money doing permanent bans, chances are you'll never log back in to your old account and rebuy all your games on a new account.
p.s. as the time since your last ban gets longer, less and less people will view you as a cheater anyways, instead just as a clean player who made a mistake many years ago.
No. Your ban was your fault. You knew the consequences. Even 6yr olds know cheating is wrong. "Waah waah it's too inconvenient to buy the game on a new account!" It's part of the punishment. Deal with it.
The answer is no, and Valve agrees with that. The answer will ALWAYS be no.
You screwed up our games, you ruined everything for us - take your punishment like you deserve it.
They already exist, even without pay to de-vac.
Zero tollerance works, threads like this are proof.
