as with anything that may give you an advantage, use at your own risk and server operators can ban you for anything they want. Some subscribe to and submit users to a list that other server ops use to keep these people out of their servers.
autoit is known for performing robotic sequence of action
enabling autoit alone wont get you banned.
using a script to make you look present while you were AFK, will be spotted by other players or overwatch, since such behavior ruins game experience for others.
example: AFKing in dota 2, usign autoit so you wont count as AFK is reportable & noticeable.
using an autoit script over another script (cant explain well) (cascade?), is not liked by overwatch either
again, use 3rd party at your own risk
if it give you advantages, chances are... well you know
Don't spread misinformation.
You don't know me, don't act like you do, I will school you to no end.
My behavior and the way I present myself is irrelevant to the facts. A fact is a fact regardless of how it is presented, to say otherwise is to commit a fallacy.
you may spent 10 years playing games & browsing forums, but you have no first nor second hand experience against "cheater" nor "hacker"
you are also not one of VAC (or Valve) team,
yet you look at yourself higher above the rest, only flagging your "10 years" flag, claiming you know more/better compared to other, which isnt necessarily true
if you dont have any real credibility or knowledge, that "10 years" flag doesnt mean anything
well, I actually crossed the line although I did say not to argue with you.
you can teach me to no end, but I'll probably wont say anything back, because I already did
I've been through and seen it all, I know more than mostly anyone about the platform itself and its history, the AC system and the games. I have no experience with "cheaters" or "hackers"? I've been in the competitive Counter-Strike community for over a decade, I have no first hand experience? You've got to be kidding me....
I give reason and explanation for what I say, valid and reasonable explanation. I don't just spit stuff out without going in depth about it or breaking it down. My credibility is untarnished and my knowledge is unquestionable. I am human and just as anyone else I slip up from time to time, however it is extremely rare, and I mean extremely rare, but when I do I openly admit it.
I don't wave my time here around as a flag, I use it as a tool to explain to people like you that I was actually here, saw, experienced and have been involved in these things personally, people like you were not.
It's like me being a veteran in Vietnam, telling someone all about my time there, my experience there and them trying to compare to it and understand it. They've only seen it on TV, heard about it and read about it. They don't understand things the same way I do because they were not actually a part of it, it's really that simple.
the question has been answered and btw, nya is correct. You do not get VAC banned for scripts. You run an exe that someone tells you is a script, well... then you get a shiny VAC ban.
But to be realistic, don't. The chance of an EXE to get you a VAC ban is way too high to risk it.
Such a virus would be easy to design, it just would have to change hl2.exe (as an example).
