Please review how you are logging into Steam, you somehow gave away your log-in information. This could of been due to the computer being compromised and redirecting to a fake log-in, or you using a third party site to log in to Steam.
Once you are sure you have regained control, you can start trading again. Please triple check any trades you make to be sure they are going to the correct account.
After you have secured the account, please edit your profile back to normal, if it was altered by the hijacker/scammer.
Ive seen this account before
Yeah, the message is fake. It was put there by the person that is on your account.
This type of scam is the whole reason Valve had to add this to the profile Summary

Steam Support will never contact you using Steam Chat or Discord. They will also NEVER ask you to trade your items to a friend.
This is one of the most common scams and you can find countless threads on the forums about it.
This is what a VAC ban looks like https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199194122817
VAC bans are only issued for cheating and Valve does not give you a warning it's coming.
This is the ONLY place steam support will speak with you. https://help.steampowered.com/en/
ANYWHERE else = scam
Edit: Link to just a few threads about the same scam

Because there is a cooldown considering the person who had access to your account spammed the info box enough times to trigger that cooldown.. It should be around 4 hours if i'm correct, so try to remove it from your infobox again after those 4 hours..
And the type of scam that you fell for is one of the oldest ones in the books, has been around for a very long time.. Actual steam support will never personally reach out to you with some story about how you must transfer your items or even money itself to someone through outside sources such as discord.
Anyone who claims to be steam support while messaging you with such a thing is a scammer, report and block them.. Also, don't click on any random links given to you as those are phising links that will contain keylogger software.. This software gives them full access to your account and directly bypasses any form of security you have on your account.. Same thing with logging into third party scam websites with your actual login information, as these usually work the same as those phising links.. Hence why all third party websites are complete scams and are completely at your own risk.
So it's better that you don't go on these websites, like at all.. Avoid them entirely.
For now, you can put your account on private to hide the fake scam alert message from your profile to the public.. Try doing that and then wait before the cooldown is gone and you can edit the infobox again, after that feel free to put your account on public again.. Just make sure that your inventory is set to private and the comment section on your profile as well.. Make sure to have steam guard up and running for extra protection..
Hope this helps, take care.
Then he still has access to your account and is unblocking himself.
Make sure to follow the steps given by the person who replied to you first, as the scammer still has access to your account then as the user above me pointed out.
?
Your accouint should be safe when you have done all the steps above..
