Anti Cheat issues

Hello Valve,

I know you are probably getting a lot of stuff like this but CS2 is unplayable, Don't get me wrong, I love CS from version 1.5. But this is insane and you guys looks like you support this behavior.
I watch a lot of coaching videos and trying to improve my skills but every time I get in games there is a cheater, check this video:

This is a high skilled streamer who is trying to promote your game, but how you can promote something that is not working? He ended up giving up on the challenge to get on top 100 as he got cheaters in 6 games in a roll.

This is funny at all, the experience you are giving the everyone is awful and less and less people is interested in Counter Strike because everybody know that your anti cheat is a joke, I'm sorry to say that but it's totally true and you can see it in the video.

The other day I was watching a Fortnite even and they have like 15Million players online, why they can do it and you can't, I know there is cheaters there as well, but here is as I said, unplayable.

Please do something, Implement an anticheat based on AI so it can recognize this behavior and act immediately. There is a lot of options and you have so much money, please use it and all players will love you and recommend you.
