I'll never understand why people don't get this simple sentence, no matter how much time has passed.

Create a new Steam account to get around the ban, many more days will pass and you will regret even more but the ban stays with you forever and ever.

I believe its a cultural thing, A certain area of the world does not see cheating as wrong and when they get caught they're taught that they can either talk or bribe or lie their way out.
then they try that online and those rules don't apply and it confuses the F out of them.

Possible, but even then it doesn't actually make sense to try.

It says that not even support can do anything about it, but they always write to support with their request.

Then there are people who seem to believe that Mr. Newell himself is in the vac forum and is doing something about it.

I can really only shake my head at both options

Ever seen those videos of a cat using a toilet? even though the turd is gone they still gotta make that burying motion with their paws afterwards.
that's whats going on with these kinda people, they cheat and even though there's no way to get unbanned they still gotta go through the motion. they probably don't even realize it, its just like "poop, bury bury"
