VAC banned me because someone hacked my account and used cheats

Hi, as the title says, my Steam account was hacked last month and the person who hacked it used cheats in Counter Strike 2. Now my Counter Strike 2 account is permanently banned and it says that the decision is non-negotiable.

Now, I recently got my account back with the help of the Steam support team. I have proofs of the account hack and the conversations with the Steam support team.

All my friends are here and also, I payed for this game. I don't want to lose this account on Counter Strike 2. Is there something that can be done to get my account back?

Also, I have tweeted them on X for this and got no reply back. Please help!

Yea well 1 problem here there is something in the TOS you agreed too that states that YOU are ALWAYS responsible for what happens on your account no matter what

No. Any bans added to an account will remain regardless of who was using the account at the time the infraction occurred. Ultimately, the use and security of your Steam account are your responsibility.

While we understand this can be frustrating, we must maintain a zero tolerance policy for cheating to foster a fair game that all players will enjoy.

No. You have a CS2 game ban. It is permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support. You will never find out the reason of your ban. No one will remove your ban and review your case.
