vac ban in csgo

I have been banned around 7 years ago , i was in game center and when I opened the game I find out that my account was hacked and then after few days when i get my account back,my account was banned from then.can you please help me.

VAC bans are permanent. You're expected to know how to keep your account safe.

I was not using my account when it was VAC banned. Can the ban be removed?

No. Any bans added to an account will remain regardless of who was using the account at the time the infraction occurred. Ultimately, the use and security of your Steam account are your responsibility.

It doesn’t take 7 years to restore an account
