"Your Family Library Sharing privileges may be revoked and your account may also be VAC banned if your library is used by others to conduct cheating or fraud. Additionally, VAC-banned games cannot be shared. We recommend you only authorize familiar computers you know to be secure. And as always, never give your password to anyone."

You'll be fine. He won't.

If you would read what I posted from Steam Family sharing on the Steam page, it would show that IF YOUR LIBRARY is used by others to conduct any form of cheating, you'd get a VAC. That alone should have answered your question. Meaning if your friend cheats, as long as he doesn't use your library, you'll be fine.

If you know he is hacking I would advise you disable sharing NOW. Even if hes not using hacks on your games all he has to do is simply forget to turn of w/e cheating program hes using and connect to VAC server on your shared game and it will detect the cheats and you will get VAC banned,

If you disabled it, you should be fine. VAC bac can take weeks to kick in, but I think you should be fine. From now on, don't share your library with anyone that might use cheats/hacks. In general, you shouldn't be sharing your library with anyone, except for trusted family, hence the name "FAMILY sharing." Good luck.

You only banned for the Game you used Cheats, other Games will work in Multiplayer Sessions.

Since you have the license yourself you should be fine. I'd get rid of such a person, though.
EDIT: I hope your name is ironic or something

As free to play games can not be shared, for obvious reasons as there is no point to share them, it won't affect you in the slightest.
