Report a translation problem
1. Use of cheats, hax or exploits.
2. Repeatedly abusive in chat.
3. Account sharing with a vast difference in IP address.
4. Account has been compromised.
5. Doing a Credit Card charge back.

3. I only have one account and I play in one of three locations -- at home, my best friend's place or my private workspace.

5. That is sort of possible. I attempted to purchase the actual game, but the charge "didn't complete", according to ZOS customer service, but the charge never fell off of my card, so I reported the charge to my financial institution.
Given that I've not received the product that I've paid for, but the funds are still missing from my account, how does that make ME an idiot or indicate that I've cost THEM money? They've basically stolen money from me...
I can dispute the charges, which I did after the logical progression was followed. I'm hoping that this gets resolved as I've already put hundreds of dollars and hours into this game and I've only gotten to play it for a couple of months...
I didn't write down the ticket number for the first, thinking that I'd get some kind of confirmation like I have with tickets in the past, but I did write down the ticket for the second: #:200227-001313.
