Well it's not here, that's for sure.
Rust uses Easy Anti Cheat. EAC bans can be appealed on EAC's official site, but the grant of an appeal is unlikely.
DO NOT use an alt account to rebuy Rust. You are likely EAC HWID banned in Rust as well and any alt that uses your system WILL get banned as well.
Game bans and EAC bans are off-topic here.
Please be aware that this forum only has mere users just as me and you who have no powers to investigate nor remove any ban.

This forum is for Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) bans, so Game bans aren't relevant here.
Also OP like everybody states you have a gameban and rust uses a different anti cheat system, so if you think it is incorrect then best to contact rust developers, but doubt anything will happen
