VAC and FXSound

Just wondering, can you get VAC banned for using FXSound? I've been using it for clarity on games and was wondering if it could be used on CS2 and other VAC games.

I am now giving the following information without being able to prove it directly or speaking from my own experience.

I did a bit of Google and I couldn't find any cases where someone got a vac ban because of this or where people claimed that this got them a vac ban.

In a comment someone also said that they had been using a similar program for months and nothing had ever happened.

I assumed that would be the case. It doesn't plug into the game at all - it just takes the role of the speaker. Similarly to you I searched on Google and couldn't find a thing. Thanks for the comment!

To be honest, I can't imagine that this would trigger a vac ban, after all it doesn't access the data like a real cheat.
