As was explained to you multiple times, OP don't have VAC error (and even if they do, it's the least of their problem). Their account is compromised and they need to address it. Your posts don't help.

How much more help do you want? they told you what to do to fix it all.
I even told you HOW you were scammed so you could prevent it.
What do you expect us to do? we are just normal users like you and Valve is not going to fix your pc for you.
