HUDs can't ban you. VAC only bans if a known cheat is detected.

No it isnt. Its just a bunch of console commande bound to a key.

Does it effect gameplay? Then no. It's primarily a cosmetic HUD thing that you can already do with console commands (which it utilizes..).

Bad example. You don't need a competive advantage for it to be recognized as a cheat (see skinchangers).
To be perfectly safe: Do not modify any file with the extension .dll or .exe.
