I x360ce use with fifa 14, but I don't know if Origin has the VAC

VAC is property of Valve, and Fifa 14 is not in Steam, only in Origin. Then no, It does not have VAC included.

Try Steams own built-in emulator, if it works, you can forget about the third party emulator.

It doesn't lead you to get VAC ban. But I've seen them in youtube who tried to use xbox 360 controller emulate. If I remember this correctly, I used to watch twitch during giveway and it seem that xbox 360 controller emulate should be ok.
